All items will be dispatched as soon as possible after your order has been placed.
We use Royal Mail for sending all orders whether to the U.K., Europe, U.S.A or rest of the world. We've used them since the label started and have had a pretty positive experience so far.
We aim to pack every item securely using appropriate mailers and stiffeners.
pinyon (and our sibling label Bad Paintings) is run by an extremely small team, who also have full time jobs, so please be patient - we'll do our best to get your order out asap!

You can return an item up to 14 days from the day you received your order for a full refund.
However, audio items must be returned in the same state you received them - e.g. CDs, vinyls or cassettes that have a sealed cellophane wrapper can only be returned if that wrapper has not been opened. This is aligned with the European 2014 Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Touch wood, we haven't experienced any issues with items being faulty or damaged in transit. Nevertheless, we appreciate things do go wrong sometimes, and we'll transit. If you're unfortunate and something goes wrong with your order, send us an email on email@example.com and we'll get back to you shortly. Please provide as much detail as possible when emailing us, so it helps speed up your refund.
